What supports connection in your life? What does nature mean to you? How does it impact your life and relationships? Do you love to be outdoors and are committed to growing in self awareness? Interested in uncovering and fulfilling your life's primary satisfactions? Seeking greater relationship harmony, but traditional psychotherapy does not seem like a fit?
Welcome to Hike to Wholeness: Personal and Relational Development in the service of all Life!
Hike to Wholeness (H2W) outings are ideal for individuals and couples interested in self and nature knowledge as service to the whole. This unique approach to personal and planetary wellness explores your personal ecology by exploring nature's ecology.
I'll be honest. I crave neighbors and a community that are grounded, resilient, aware, inclusive, and helpful. I also want to embody these qualities myself. A primary factor I have found in people that live such attributes at the highest level are those that have deep connections with nature. So it is with hopes of a better world full of connected, caring people and healthy environments, that RRNG offers this Eco-psychology service.
Whenever I have found myself stuck in the ways I relate to things, I return to nature. It is my principal teacher, and I try to open my whole being to what it has to say.-Wynn Bullock

Please Note: While H2W sessions are facilitated by a therapist and are referred by therapists as a supportive adjunct to therapy, this service is not meant to replace formal mental health clinical counseling. Our Eco-psychology outings are about restoring the connective processes in your life - processes within your soul, between you and your partner, and/or between you and the greater-than-human community. They help people understand personal challenges and successes as part of natural patterns, and expand one's frame of reference to include all people, animals, and the larger environment. By improving the level of contact and presence with yourself, others, and your surroundings, you become more aware of how all beings respond to your intentions and behaviors. Come learn to creating openings that cultivate intimacy and receptivity, and improve breathe and body awareness. Learn to lead your life from a place of trust and compassion, and find a soft power within yourself. This new way of being transforms all relationships.

What Our Participants Are Saying:
I go hiking all the time, but wanted some depth to my outings. That is exactly what I got! I learned about plants and birds near where I live, while learning about myself and how I relate to them all. Kimberly is engaging, inspiring, and fun. I left feeling like a part the area we hiked instead of an outside visitor, and more connected to this beautiful place I call home! - Joyce R.
